Payment Terms

It is the user's single responsibility to enrol into any of SimAp's Program to check its accuracy and evaluate the suitability and relevance. The Program enrolments are non-transferable in nature.

To pay for any of SimApt's Programs, a valid payment method will be required. SimApt does not store any information about the credit/debit card used during the payment or any other information that has been restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment. SimApt uses payment gateways for the payment towards the services. Using a third-party payment provider, the user agrees to abide by the terms of such a payment provider. The user also agrees that in case SimApt's third-party payment provider stores any such information, SimApt will not be responsible for it. It will be the sole discretion of the user to allow the third party to store such information. The user himself will bear any loss incurred by the user due to the usage of such information. SimApt is in no way liable for any such losses and is neither responsible for reimbursing/make acceptable losses in any manner whatsoever. User will have to bear the applicable fees as specified for the payments made through the Platform.

Failure of payment will result in non-accessibility to the enrolled Program. Depending on where the user transacts with us, the type of payment method used and where the payment was issued, the transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. SimApt does not support all payment methods, currencies or locations. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide to us at the enrollment/purchase time.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by SimApt, full payment for participation in a Program will be required at the time of enrolment. In case, Programs include a trial/free period access window, and such trial window may be made available only for a few days before the full payment. The price listed for SimApt Programs are exclusive of GST. GST rates will apply to all Programs

SimApt offers No Cost EMI option on a few programs, which means SimApt will bear the bank's interest on the EMI. To avail, this benefit student needs to make the payment through a valid credit card only. While making the payment, SimApt will minus the interest amount from the total price of the Program. The user can view the EMI options available from different banks during the checkout.

 

Refund Policy

We believe that you have experienced a SimApt program/course portion and have found it valuable for your career. Hence, you decided to enroll for the complete course/program by making the payment. However, if you do not want to continue, you will have time until the next day 11:59 pm from the payment date to apply for a refund. This means, if you have made a payment on the 26th of October, you can apply for a refund till the 27th of October at 11:59 pm. After this refund window period, no refund will be made for any Program. There is no provision for refunds for the lack of usage or dissatisfaction. Most of the paid features of the program shall be accessible to you only after the refund period.

Once we receive your request, it will be processed immediately, and we will notify you of the status on your email. Please note that your refund will be processed through a third-party application like a payment gateway. Hence, there will be a standard processing time and cancellation charges which will apply to your refund.

The refund to your credit card/original method of payment will be initiated immediately after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 7000/-. The amount will be credited within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
